Warranty Policy & Request
1. You must contact us first to discuss the return reason, and ship the return back within 30 days of the date you receive your order, except where required by applicable law. After 30 days, the manufacturer's standard warranty terms will apply.
2. Return in new condition
All returned items must be in new, mint or resalable condition. Returned items should not show any evidence of use or wear, dirt, or blemishes of any kind. Items must be returned in their original packaging and should include all supplied materials, instructions, warranty cards, original accessories, hardware, and any software provided. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or shows excessive signs of use. In such cases, the item will be returned to you and you will be responsible for all return shipping expenses.
3. If you return an item that is not defective/incorrect:
- You must ship the item back within 30 days from when you received it.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We will deduct the original shipping and handling costs incurred in delivering the item to you.
- A non-refundable payment processing fee (up to 3%) may be deducted from the refund amount. If you opt for store credit instead, we will waive this 3% deduction.
How To Start A Return?
To initiate a return or warranty request, please start by submitting the support form below. All warranty, return, and after-sales requests are handled and coordinated by OMI Astro.
In the event of a damaged shipment or a suspected product defect, our team will review the request and advise on the next steps. After submitting the form, you will be contacted within 1–2 business days with further instructions, which may include return guidance or a service reference number if applicable.
Please retain the original packaging, as it may be required for returns or service processing. We also recommend reviewing our Return Policy for additional details.

WHEN SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
After receiving return instructions from our support team, please ensure that your service reference number is clearly included on your return shipment as instructed. Returns may not be accepted without a valid service reference number. If a return shipping label is provided by OMI Astro, the reference number will be included on the label.
Please package your return carefully, using the original packaging whenever possible, to help prevent damage during transit.
If you choose to ship the return using your own carrier, we recommend selecting an insured shipping service.
OMI Astro is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier during return transit.
